Yes, you can observe. If you're not playing badminton, it's free. There are spectator seats in the gym where you can watch. We can also give you a brief tour if you come to the gym directly. Please contact us in advance in such cases.
Yes, you can participate regardless of nationality. However, since the basic communication is in Japanese, we ask that you be able to communicate in Japanese to some extent.
There are changing rooms in the gym. Please change there and gather in the gym. There will be a reception desk where you can learn about the procedures.
It's posted as soon as we secure the gym, sometimes up to 3 months in advance. However, it may be decided at the last minute. Please check the schedule on BAND for details.
Yes, you can participate. We can lend you a racket. However, we don't have enough for everyone, so you might need to share. We also provide shuttlecocks.

Some gyms have them, but not all. We recommend buying drinks at nearby convenience stores beforehand.
Please bring your own shoes. However, at Shinjuku Sports Center only, you can rent shoes for an additional fee.
The basic fee is 800 yen. However, if there are 15 or fewer participants, the fee will be 1000 yen.
For cash payments, please bring exact change. We also accept cashless payments like PayPay.
Please notify us before the event if you cannot attend.
Even on the day of the event, it's fine if you let us know.
If you cancel without notice on the day, we may cancel your participation for the next month.
